Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to invest in yourself and join us for the 4-Day Equine & Energy Retreat. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review the following booking policies before securing your spot. 📅 Reservation & Payment Details A deposit or full payment is required to reserve your spot. Payment plans are available, but they must be completed by the final due date. All pricing is per person and varies by accommodation type: Private Cabin: $2,500 per person Semi-Private Cabin: $2,000 per person (for 2-3 people) Cowgirl Camper: Available 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected situations. If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be transferred to another person or to a future retreat. 💰 Payment Plan Terms A 4-payment option is available until May 1, 2025. After May 1st, payment plans may be adjusted or require a higher deposit. All payments must be completed before the retreat start date. 📍 Travel & Arrival Closest airport: Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) Closest train station: Utica Amtrak Station Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements. We recommend arriving the day before the retreat starts to allow for rest and acclimation. 🛏 Accommodation & Dietary Requests Room assignments for semi-private cabins will be made thoughtfully, but if you have a roommate request, please inform us at booking. We strive to accommodate dietary needs, but please communicate any specific restrictions at least 30 days before arrival. 🐴 Equine Partnership Guests may bring their own horses or work with one of our equine partners. If bringing your own horse, a recent Coggins test & health certificate is required. 🌿 Retreat Conduct & Liability This is a technology-light retreat – we encourage limited use of phones to stay present. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment; respect for all participants, facilitators, and animals is expected. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and must sign a waiver of liability before the retreat begins. 📩 Questions?
